About the HiddenIO index
HiddenIO is a directory of proxy and VPN configurations that already circulate in public sources. We fetch, parse, normalize and deduplicate these records so they can be browsed, searched and exported in one place.
We do not operate any of the servers listed here, and records are not verified. A record reflects what public sources published at a point in time — a fresh record is simply one that was seen recently, not one that has been checked.
Every configuration page shows its observation history: which sources reported it, when it was first and last seen, and how those observations changed over time.
The index is available as subscription feeds and downloadable archives. See the source policy for how sources are added, reviewed and retired.
