If you do not agree, please do not use the service. ## What the service is HiddenIO aggregates **publicly published** proxy and VPN configuration data for research and transparency purposes. We host an index, search tools, client-side utilities and an API. We do not operate, own, test or endorse any of the servers whose configurations appear in the index. ## No warranty The service and its data are provided **"as is", without warranty of any kind**. We make no representation that any listed configuration is accurate, current, functional, secure or lawful. Availability of the website and API may change without notice. ## Acceptable use You agree not to: misuse the service to break any law or the rules of any network you access; attempt to overload, scrape abusively or attack our infrastructure; or resell access without attribution. Automated access is welcome within the published [rate limits](/developers) and [bot policy](/bot-policy). ## Your responsibility Deciding whether, and how, to use any configuration published on the public internet is entirely your responsibility. You are responsible for compliance with the laws of your jurisdiction, including any that restrict the use of circumvention tools, and for the security of your own traffic.
